Ashley recently sat down with US weekly and spilled some info on the upcoming High School movie, it turns Sharpay hasn’t changed since the last movie!
“She is a manipulator, a villain and a drama queen,” Tisdale, 22, said while promoting her Degree Girl contest (in which she’ll give away a trip to a future concert). “And she always has her eye on Troy. It’s Zac Efron - who wouldn’t?” Tisdale adds that beau Jared Murillo, 19 - who had a bit part in the sequel (they began dating in February 2007) - won’t be back this time.
Ashley also said that the third iHigh School Musical (due in theaters October 24) is a “more amazing, more exciting and much bigger production” than the first two. Her character, Sharpay, will once again try to come between Troy (Zac Efron) and Gabriella (Vanessa Hudgens).
Too bad: Since it’s about their senior year at East High, the movie “will probably include prom and graduation,” she says. Bring on the big dance numbers!

Another Rehearsals & Audition Video from HSM3!
Quotes from HSM3:
"I'd rather jump in a volcano then sing with you."
"I wouldn't sing with you if my head was on fire & you were the last girl to walk on the Earth."
"Yes, I made the understudy. You're one too, so that means we have a scene together."
"You know when the light hits you like this, you're actually kinda cute."

Here Is An HSM3 GNEWS Exclusive!
The Last 2 Episodes of The Suite Life Of Zack & Cody have premiered in Isreal.
So Someone taped it and put the last 5 minutes Doin Time In Suite 2330 with special guest stars Chris Brown & The Cheetah Girls. Then there is 2 minutes of Benchwarmers! Don't ask if I can get the entire episodes because they haven't premiered in the US yet.
This is a super spoiler and it's really funny but it's low quality and bad sound. Sorry!

The Big HSM3 Announcement was the info on the 3 new students joining our former East High students in High School Musical 3: Senior Year! I think that they all are going to be great and they might even be the start of the new franchise. I think Matt is like the coolest one though, because his character kinda has to be cool and smooth. Plus he and James Martin can seem like the young Troy & Chad. Also in the video, you can hear them auditioning with the new script of HSM3! And i think the song they sing in the beginning might be a song from HSM3!

As you can see they are already hanging out. I think this is an old photo but if this is new, this proves that they are already together working on HSM3. Matt Prokop and Vanessa Hudgens look like the best of friends already.
Maybe Jimmy has a crush on Gabriella in the movie. Oooooo!

Two of the new characters in High School Musical 3 Senior Year have been revealed- Matt Prokop (as Jimmy “the rocket” Soto) and Jemma McKenzie Brown (as Tiara), OK!Magazine has the details.
The hallways of East High School are about to get a little more crowded!
OK! can exclusively reveal two new stars who are joining the forthcoming High School Musical 3. Up-and-coming actors Matt Prokop and Jemma McKenzie Brown will do their best song-and-dance alongside Zac Efron and Vanessa Hugdens, a source close to HSM3 tells OK!.
Though little is known about their roles, the source adds that the British-born Jemma seemingly scored the role of a lifetime, landing the part over hundreds of other young starlets.
“She’s 13 years old and beat out 600 girls from three countries,” the source says.
This will be Jemma’s second acting gig, following six appearances in the British series The Amazing Mrs. Pritchard in 2006.
Matt, 17, has Hannah Montana and The Office guest-starring credits to his name. On his official site, the young actor even teases fans by saying that he has a “HUGE announcement coming… that will blow you away!”

Chucky Klapow choreographed the dance moves for "High School Musical 3: Senior Year," scheduled for release in theaters in October. He gave us a sneak peek behind the curtain of the surefire box-office hit:
On Vanessa Hudgens (Gabriella): "Vanessa is the most naturally gifted in picking up the new moves.
"Things come really easily for her, so she gets lazy with it because she has to wait for the others to catch on. I have to be like, 'Vanessa, let's get working here.'"
On Corbin Bleu (Chad): "Corbin is also a gifted dancer, and he comes from a performing arts background, so he picks things up fast."
On raising the bar: "We only had 10 full days of dancing rehearsal for the first film -- I have no idea how we actually did it! The second movie we took three weeks to do the dancing, and right now we are in the middle of five full weeks of dance rehearsal. This cast is so dedicated and talented. We all raised the bar for 'HSM 2,' now we need to go back to that iconic, basic movement that made the first movie so great."

I got a little more information about the future Junk Yard song featuring Chad and Troy for High School Musical 3! Apparently they stomp around on cars, sing and bang trash cans!
Also, i am recently told and it is rumored that the cast of hsm is now working on recording the new hsm3 songs. I find this hard to believe because 3 of the main stars are making movies. But maybe they are recording somehow and they don't want anything to leak out!
And, i know that the recently rumored tracklisting is definitely not real so those songs like "Miss is Coming To Here", "Mixin My Turn" or "Hollywood In School" are not real.

Well I said I'd tell you what happened. Today ended up being a bad day. When I got home from school I found out somebody else got the part in HSM3. they told me I was the only triple threat there (in other words people who can do all 3 things sing/dance/act) but they said I was overqualified like all my talents would be a competition for Zac's character instead of being like a "wannabe Troy". I'm bummed because I thought I did my best in the auditions and this was my dream role and I would have worked so hard for them. What's weird is 2 years ago I got a meeting with the head of casting and she said I wasn't at Zac Efron's level yet. So since then I've been working hard at my acting and music and now I didn't get the role because I'm at that level. I thought I did my best but it wasn't what they wanted I guess. I wish I would have found out sooner and not gotten my hopes up. It's pretty depressing when people don't have enough faith in you. I think I need a break from everything and all my worthless lessons for awhile. Anyway I appreciate all your support for me. Give me a few days and I'll write back to everybody as much as I can. God bless.
Aww. I wish he would have made it. He could have been a good part of the movie.
He would have been so good.

Qouted from someone on IMDB
Did anyone see Corbin Bleu on Extra a couple nights ago?
He was talking about HSM3 and, apparently, Troy and Chad are going to sing a duet together and the scene is going to take place in a junkyard.
Interesting, This sounds like some really great news
but i'm looking for the source
so it might take a while

ABC is finally getting a piece of Disney's "High School Musical" franchise.
Net is developing a multiepisode reality competish themed to the "High School Musical" concept, with a nationwide talent hunt followed by a group of contestants studying at a music conservatory to hone their skills.
ABC is targeting a summer airdate for the "High School Musical" reality series.
Contestants will be eliminated each week until a final winning performer is chosen. Net is keeping details of that top prize under wraps for now, however.
Reality skein will include plenty of "High School Musical"-themed moments -- with appearances by the franchise's stars likely. Network is in discussions with a production company to handle the show, but that deal hasn't been finalized.
Project marks the first time the Disney Channel has shared the "HSM" franchise with a sister network. It's likely the kid-centric cabler will repurpose a second window of the reality skein.

Here's A Letter from Tony Oller from his Official Myspace.
I hope I don't jinx myself but I just wanted to say that i auditioned for HSM3. :) It's for a new character called Jimmie "The Rocket" Soto! I went to LA last week and I made it through all the rounds of auditions and got to screen test! :) I am really excited because I did my best and the whole thing was fun not nerve wracking like usual so I have pretty good feelings about it. Getting to screen test was like a really cool birthday present. I was actually still sick when we flew on the plane so that stunk but I felt good by the end of the week. I met some really nice kids and all tbe Disney people were awesome. Kenny Ortega is da bomb! :) I'll upload some pics tomorrow.
So now you know why I didn't have time to write to everybody last week lol. I read all my messages. Thx to everybody who wrote to me! After I get caught up on my homework again I'll get back in my myspace groove lol.
Getting the role of Jimmie is my dream so I'm praying that I get this role. I will find out by March 12 so if you can please say a prayer that I get it - if you think I would do a good job. It's crazy I haven't been able to think about anything but getting this role. I hope I don't have to tell you I didn't get it. But I just wanted to say thx for all of your support. YOU ROCK!!
